What it is

A bridge between recovery and partnership

The forum is a public-private cooperation platform that brings together Ukrainian cities and communities with the Spanish public and private sectors every year. The goal — to move from the specific needs of communities to real reconstruction projects and long-term relations between the two countries.

Goals and objectives

The forum works as a practical tool, not a stage for declarations.

  • Strengthen cooperation between Ukraine and Spain in key areas of reconstruction.
  • Identify concrete opportunities and attract European investors and partners.
  • Give Spanish companies a direct understanding of the priority needs of Ukrainian communities.
  • Build a roadmap for cooperation over the medium and long term.
  • Support city twinning and direct agreements between administrations.
What we do

The club's role — to bring the right people together and carry cooperation through to results.

  • We assemble a delegation of Ukrainian mayors and community representatives.
  • We connect them with the Spanish public and private sectors.
  • We facilitate the exchange of experience, resources and investment opportunities.
  • We support the signing of twinning agreements — the first has already taken place: Chornomorsk ↔ Calpe.
  • We give a voice to the humanitarian cause — the return of Ukrainian children.

A story that became the voice of thousands

As a child, Ksenia and her brother were taken out of Ukraine. She managed to return home — and today she represents to the world the interests of children whom Russian aggression has robbed of their childhood.

At the forum she reminds us: the return of deported Ukrainian children is not a secondary issue but an inseparable part of the country's reconstruction. Without the return of the children, there will be no full future.
