Rotary AI is an innovative artificial intelligence platform for developing clubs, connecting members, attracting new members and international cooperation. It takes over routine work — reports, minutes, finding contacts — so Rotarians have more time for service.

Districts are adopting AI
Districts in Nigeria, India and Nepal are building AI into planning, communications and membership growth. One Nigerian district signed up to an AI platform for 10 years.
Leaders are learning
25 leaders from 6 districts have completed the “Practical AI for Rotary Clubs” course; clubs run AI workshops for communications and planning.
A window of opportunity
There is no single AI platform from Rotary International yet. RCMIP can be one of the first clubs with its own solution, useful to the whole district.

We are building the platform so other clubs in District 2201 and the network can use it.
Prototype → testing → Barcelona
Prototype in October–December 2026, testing in D2201 clubs in January–March 2027, presentation to the Rotary world at the Barcelona Convention on 26–30 June 2027.

What already works in Rotary AI?
Online club admission: the AI secretary interviews the candidate and prepares a summary for the mentor; after approval members get a personal workspace, an AI profile and introductions within the club.
Does AI replace people in the club?
No. The platform’s principle is: AI helps people, people make the decisions.
Can another club use the platform?
Yes — testing in District 2201 clubs is planned for 2027. Write to us if your club would like to join.
